The allocated qualities help elaborate the script as to how the work will be directed in order to ensure maximum satisfaction for all parties involved. The overall totality of these 4 qualities is called Comene in our business slang, but each separately is divided according to the priority or project goal: Dreamers, Critics, Thinkers and Shakers and Movers.

Dreamers: Want to be in the centre of attention, actively participate in process and run. The interests and feedback of valuable customers and senior management is of high importance.

Critics: Not craving for fame and stars, but go for tested and classic values. Preference is given to all kinds of amenities and comfort.

Thinkers: They know what they want and what they can afford. Open to fresh ideas, but take time to implement. Often wait for the last deadline hoping to take a decision in especially favourable day.

Shakers and Movers: Friendly, open to crazy ideas, creative, active and attractive. Love limelight. Perfectionists. May not notice important issues, but unimportant shortages can „make the whole world collapse”. Love experimenting. Quite often make impulsive but wrong choice, but never tend to look back in regret.
